At Jackson Skate, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance on the ice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the skating equipment you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the skates, blades, or accessories securely in their original box, ensuring all protective tissue and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
